Laura Linney
Laura Linney was born in New York, New York on 5 February, 1964. Linney is an American actor best known for her capacity to play tough characters, but also fragile. Linney was raised in a theatre family her father was the playwright and writer Romulus Linney. She graduated from Brown University in 1986 and afterward attended the Arts Theatre School in Moscow and then graduated from the Juilliard School (M.F.A.) New York City, 1990. She started performing immediately on Broadway receiving awards for her performances in roles like Six Degrees of Separation or Hedda Galer.
